Our Story

For nearly 20 years, Peter and his wife Lee Ann were owner/operators of a successful feed retail store in Honolulu, HI.  In 2018, they sold the business and moved to Vancouver, WA to spend more time with their son, Lincoln.  To balance family and business, Peter decided to pursue passive income opportunities.  Operating a laundromat business seemed to fit that idea as it required little inventory and labor.  However, after further research, Peter was shocked by the initial capital requirements of a modern clean laundromat.  Additionally, he realized that the trend and growth of the industry was the wash and fold delivery segment.  This would require labor, space, and time that did not fit into the family work balance model.  Peter began drafting an idea to take advantage of the strong laundry industry and the growing wash and fold delivery segment.

During the same time, Peter also responded to a BizBuySell ad selling territory licenses for white glove delivery services.  This passive income opportunity was exactly what he was searching for.  After several discussions with the sales team, John Bellave, and Larry Kozin, Peter decided to move forward.  This led to their meeting in Charlotte, NC.  Upon meeting with John and Larry, Peter was impressed how genuine, disciplined, and visionary they were. 

Peter decided to share his idea with John and Larry. Over the course of a few months and multiple discussions, Dirty Laundry Solutions was created. Almost 3 years later, Daniel Ellis and his Team rebranded the company to Aloha Laundry Life.

Larry is passionate about his love of family, business and entrepreneurial philanthropy. He co-founded Advanced Licensing with John Bellave, a consulting company that developed Dirty Laundry Solutions with CEO, Peter Trang.
Today, Larry is excited to keep broadening his horizons and growing through helping others, showing individuals how one can blend spirituality with business ownership and create multiple streams of income with better results in less time, is the foundation of much of his work—as well as what allows him to be involved in so many opportunities. He is also a co-author of the best selling book; Cracking the Code to Success, with renowned author and sales expert Brian Tracy.


Chris began his career as an Executive Recruiter, working with major medical manufacturers, distributors and biotech companies, finding key talented individuals for open positions nationwide.  While Chris enjoyed great success as a recruiter, he was able to leverage his earnings and gained expertise in real estate investing. 

Chris continued to evolve his career, coupling his financial success,business expertise and passion for investing and bought his first laundromat over 10 years ago.  Now he owns and operates laundromats in the Northern suburbs of Atlanta, GA and is a partner in owning and operating several additional laundromats throughout the Greater Atlanta area. 

Chris is a family man, a dedicated husband and father of 3.  He is lifetime athlete who enjoys running, cycling, snow skiing and any sort of physical activity.

Growing up in a small local mom & pop business taught Peter the true core values of business. Dedication, commitment, building relationships and providing consistent quality service were just a few of these values Peter experience daily. Peter also witness the sacrifice of family time his immigrant parents made to support the household.

After the birth of their son Lincoln, Peter & Lee Ann dedicated themselves to finding a balance of work and family. It is with that mindset that has led them where they are today. Currently, Peter enjoys simple pleasures like taking a leisurely stroll around the park together and hopes to continue to share new life experiences together as a family.
